About Us

Platform is a not-for-profit organisation run voluntarily by artists for the benefit of its members and within the community of St Helens.

Platform was established in 2011 by a group of artists in the town.  We hold meetings every 2 months where associate members can work together to stage exhibitions, develop arts projects and share ideas & experiences.

Platform's activity includes running the Studios at St Mary's Market, organising exhibitions in St Helens and beyond, holding a monthly discussion group called 'Inspired by...' and running participatory arts workshops on an infrequent basis.
